In recent years, China has placed great emphasis on nurturing domestic football talent. The government, in cooperation with the Chinese Football Association, has developed a comprehensive plan to identify and train young football players across the country.

Thousands of schools have incorporated football into their daily programs, while specialized sports centers and academies provide professional training from an early age. Coaches evaluate technical skills such as ball control, passing, and shooting, as well as personal qualities like discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.

At the same time, Chinese clubs use modern technology and data analysis to monitor players’ progress. Many teams collaborate with European academies, adopting advanced training and development methods.

Through these efforts, China aims to build a strong foundation of talented players capable of improving the domestic league and strengthening the national team in international competitions.
